What we are looking for:
Minimum Diploma or least 2 years of college education, Bachelors Degree is an added advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kiswahili, English.
Previous experience in customer support.
Ability to cope under pressure and work with minimal supervision.
A genuine interest in helping others and providing exceptional service.
Ability to handle pressure and work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and a quick learning ability.
Interest in the sports industry; knowledge of football betting is a plus.
