Role OverviewWe are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining data pipelines, developing data models, and setting up reporting dashboards to help drive data-informed decision-making across the organisation.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain data pipelines to collect, process, and organise data from various sourcesBuild information systems and use analytical techniques that enable management to monitor and forecast trends while evaluating risksMeasure the effectiveness of commercial programs and pricing and suggest opportunitiesCreate, optimise and automate ETL processes to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and timeliness of dataCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design data models to support business needsDevelop, implement, and maintain reporting dashboards using visualisation tools such as PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, or othersAutomate reporting emails to deliver key metrics and insights to stakeholders on a regular basisWrite complex SQLand MongoDB queries and scripts to extract, transform, and load data efficientlyPerform data quality assessments and implement data cleansing and validation proceduresStay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data engineering and analyticsQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field(Master's degree is a plus)3-5 years' experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering or in a startup or high-growth environmentExpert proficiency in MongoDB, SQL and experience with spreadsheet toolsStrong knowledge of ETL tools and processesProficiency in data modelling and database designFamiliarity with data visualisation tools, such as PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, or similarExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and data technologies (e.g., Spark) is a plus
