Coordinating the development and implementation of strategies, policies and procedures in the Department;Providing leadership to foster a culture that promotes teamwork, innovativeness and efficiency in service delivery;Analyzing and implementing recommendations on optimal staffing levels for effective succession planning;Coordinating effective implementation with all legislative requirements to ensure compliance;Providing human resource technical expertise to the Management Advisory Committee;Coordinating the implementation of the staff recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation, staff welfare programs and staff discipline;Coordinating the implementation of performance contracting targets, work plans and performance reporting;Coordinating and monitoring Departmental budgets and procurement plans;Coordinating knowledge management in the Department;Ensuring risk mitigation measures are in place;Ensuring high-quality standards in the Department;Maintaining departmental records and information;Ensuring implementation of employee health and safety programs.
