Details of the offer

i. Be a citizen of Kenya;ii. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science, Records Management or its equivalent from an institution recognized in Kenya;iii. Relevant working experience of not less than (10) years, five (5) of which should be in Senior or Leadership position either in the public or private Sector;ORServed in the grade of Assistant director, Records Management or any other relevant and comparable position in the public service for a minimum of three (3) years; andiv. Demonstrated professional competence and administrative ability in the management of the records function. Initiation, development and implementation of Records Management policies and procedures;• Liaising with Kenya National Archives and Documentation Services on appraisal and disposal of dormant records;• Efficient and effective management of registry services;• Ensuring security of information and records;• Custodian of County Government records; and• Any other relevant duty as may be assigned by a competent authority. appropriate recommendations;(iii) Managing Supply Chain Management issues emanating from clientsand other stakeholders;(iv) Coordinating stakeholder training on best procurement practices; and(v) Monitoring of the implementation of existing Supply ChainManagement policies, guidelines and procedures.
