HR OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit) Oversee HRIS with accuracy and timeliness
Drive policy implementation and HR compliance audits
TALENT MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
Lead succession planning, workforce planning & leadership programs Design L&D strategies and performance management frameworks
Identify high-potential talent and support career growth
EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE & ENGAGEMENT
Launch and sustain engagement and recognition programs
Analyze feedback and drive continuous improvement in workplace culture
INDUSTRIAL & EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Act as liaison with employee representative bodies (e.g., unions), ensuring full compliance with labor laws and company policies
Resolve grievances and conduct workplace investigations
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin or related field
HR Certification (CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage
Deep understanding of employment law
