We invite applications for the following position:
Development Officer, Nairobi
Key Result Areas:
Successful implementation of programmes, in the area of Natural Resource Management, Water and Sanitation and Livelihoods, Gender and other areas, in interaction with field personnel and/or grassroots partners, including:
a. Detailed design and planning of project activities and scheduling their delivery
b. Determining project locations, partners, beneficiaries; building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
c. Implementing project activities in conjunction with stakeholders and/or partners and monitoring and tracking progress on an ongoing basis
d. Documentation of progress on a continuous basis and reporting to the Designated Supervisor.
e. Undertaking research and evaluation of programmes, as directed.
Qualifications:
• Post Graduate in Social Work / Natural Resource Management.
• Candidates with experience in NRM or WASH projects will be given preference
Location:Based in Nairobi with travel to target areas like Kakamega, Samburu, Laikipia etc., as and when needed.
These postings provide excellent project implementation experience.

Remuneration:
KSH 40,000 to 60,000 per month
