We are looking for a results-driven Digital Direct Sales Executive to accelerate revenue growth by proactively selling digital advertising solutions to a diverse range of clients. This role requires a strong sales acumen, the ability to cultivate lasting client relationships, and a deep understanding of digital marketing needs. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, crafting tailored advertising solutions, and delivering measurable results across digital platforms.
Their key responsibilities include:
Identify and prospect new business leads for digital advertising.
Pitch digital advertising solutions (e.g., website banners, native ads, branded content, YouTube, podcasts).
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Ensure campaign briefs are clear, accurate, and passed to traffic/operations.
Work with the creative/content team to develop relevant client solutions.
Maintain records of all client interactions and sales using CRM tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or equivalent.
2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in media, digital, or agency environments.
Experience in direct B2B sales.
Familiarity with digital metrics (CTR, impressions, CPM, conversions).
