Responsibilities
• Work with the Sales Director to refine social media strategy and best practices.• Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube) and the editorial content calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
• Prepare weekly updates and reports to track growth and success rates of campaigns.
• Keep up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly
• Ensure proper messaging is being executed online.
• Assist with website copywriting, proofing, and updating as needed.
• Work with the Sales Director to plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, search, and display advertising campaigns.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director and the internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• In liaison with the Sales Director be able to instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
