Principle Accountabilities
Execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with the short & long-term awareness and engagement strategies for the respective campaigns against KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
Collaborate with graphic designer to plan and develop the content style and design as well as develop creative content within brand guidelines
Co-ordinate and execute the in-house production of audio-visual content for internal and external use
Execute effective engagement and media buying & monitoring strategies to drive traffic to HF's Website, Properties Microsite, Social Media Platforms & other digital channels
Execute SEO, SEM, Bid marketing and other web enhancement strategies
Generate reports & requisite insights from the various digital marketing campaigns based on pre-agreed metrics and KPIs to inform brand and business strategies
Provide insights from digital media sentiment and social listening tools to inform strategy
Conduct market research, analyse trends and technologies to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
Generate regular industry and competitor reports & insights to inform strategy
Ensure all content complies with the regulatory requirements (e.g. copyright and data protection laws)
Liaise with CX and to ensure timely responses and resolution for social engagements
Liaise with various business and project teams to get feedback and insights on leads generated

Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Marketing, Film, Audio-Video & Content Production or relevant field
