Key Responsibilities:
Creating appropriate digital marketing communication concepts
Maintaining the digital marketing calendar and schedule and pushing out all approved digital marketing communication to the intended audience within the agreed timelines and on all approved channels.
Develop, publish and share creative and innovative content on all digital platforms
Develop and manage the shop’s e-commerce marketing and sales strategy.
Identifying new and effective digital marketing and sales platforms and strategies through benchmarking and research
Optimize all digital marketing channels (e.g. websites, social media, etc)
Develop and execute various digital marketing and advertising strategies that utilize SEO, SEM, social, email, and membership forums
General customer service, responding and provision of quotes/ following up leads
Experience needed:
Should be a problem solver, self-motivated, have high attention to detail
Great Love for flowers and Gifts
Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical execution level
Skilled inefficiently using Google Ad words, Google Analytics and Google Shopping
Knowledge and experience implementing digital channel marketing execution and best practices
Operational knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis for Small Businesses.
Strong copywriting skills and the ability to work with small companies.
Bias for action and proactive nature
Operational knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis.
A creative thinker, a social media guru, a storyteller, and good With WordPress websites
Job Specifications
A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field
Proven 3 years, or More, of work experience as a digital marketer.
Great love of flowers
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Strong marketing and customer engagement skills
Solid experience with website analytics tools i.e. Google Analytics and management of branded social media
Attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment & Ability to meet deadlines.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Must be self-driven and clearly demonstrate self-learning
Sharp analytical approach to digital marketing through data-driven thinking with interest in disruptive marketing
