Dispatch Officer And Head Of Operations At Codirect Courier And Fulfillment Center

We are in need of an operations manager and a dispatcher at our office in Mombasa.
Must have at least some experience in logistics and order fulfillment services, or a fast to learn individual may be regarded.
Proactive and ready to work in a start up company on a budget.
Must have strong managerial skills, sound decision making skills and able to work independently.

Duties include:
Sourcing and managing agents in the costal region, push for deliveries within the region, track parcels and do timely returns.
Must be a resident of Mombasa.
