Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure with a genuine smile and courteous manner.
Open doors, assist with luggage, and escort guests as needed.
Coordinate closely with valet, bell desk, and reception to ensure smooth guest flow.
Maintain the hotel entrance, ensuring cleanliness, order, and safety at all times.
Provide guests with directions, local area information, and respond to basic inquiries.
Monitor guest arrival patterns and assist with managing traffic at the front drive.
Maintain a professional appearance and be alert to guest needs at all times.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment is an added advantage.
Excellent grooming and communication skills.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift luggage.
Friendly, approachable personality with a commitment to guest service.
