1. Establish clear operational guidelines for the Company.
2. Develop and Build a Network within the vendor space to build sufficient business capacity.
3. Develop and Implement Online Store Policies and Procedures.
4. Manage the relationship with external partners/vendors to ensure goals and objectives are met.
