Requirements for AppointmentBe an employee of Tharaka NithiA Bachelor's degree in Economics, or Economics and Mathematics, or Economics and Statistics from a recognized institution.Has an experience of a minimum period of Three (3) years;Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe officer reports to the Director Budget and will be responsible for:Economic Planning;Coordination of Sector/ Departmental development plan;Preparation of Development Policy Strategies and programs;Carrying out statistical analysis;Participate in a planning and project monitoring unit; andAny other duty that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
