Job Description/Requirements

Planned Maintenance & Predictive electrical and electronics maintenance in Plastics manufacturing industry (Injection, Blow molding machines & IML)
Ensures that all work performed meets in accordance with plant policies and procedures and strictly adhere to OHSA
Managing the electrical/electronic maintenance of blow, injection, extrusion, printing, labelling machines, automation systems, moulds for production, power and lighting systems, generators, HT/LT power panels, HVAC system (Transformers), pumps and motors, fire alarm systems, communication and IT equipment.
Ensure that all documentation and procedures are followed in line with ISO
Do troubleshoot and repair electrical power supply and control circuits
Program and troubleshoot PLC systems.
Maximise Overall Equipment Effectiveness ensuring Machine Efficiency at 85% minimum per day
Spares management of electrical/electronics
This position reports to Factory Manager.

Qualifications & experience:
Graduate or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics
8 years’ experience if Graduate and 12 years’ experience if Diploma holder.
