Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating the relationship among all parties, making good preparation for receiving the goods, and arranging the arrival, acceptance and storage of the goods;
Responsible for the preparation of work plan, work summary, etc.; following up the project progress in the construction preparation stage, submitting materials required for installation application, and urging the application personnel to timely handle the construction notification; responsible for on-site elevator business communication, personnel arrangement and survey communication before construction, and promoting the implementation of the plan;
Responsible for the arrangement, supervision and management of elevator installation engineering, dealing with problems in the construction process, and ensuring the safe completion of elevator installation as planned; responsible for safety and civilized construction management on elevator installation site;
Responsible for elevator installation, debugging, management and technical support; coordinating and solving the problems in the engineering project, able to carry out the elevator installation project independently and successfully, and responsible for dealing with the elevator technical problems caused by civil construction on the installation site; responsible for daily elevator maintenance and troubleshooting;
Cooperating with construction units to complete the tasks of civil engineering and equipment installation in accordance with relevant management system, installation drawings, operation specifications and schedule requirements;
Coordinating with sales staff to make accurate measurement on site and accomplishing on-site confirmation before installation;
Undertaking the construction tasks of elevator installation and responsible for the installation quality; responsible for elevator maintenance and repair quality.
Timely dealing with the objections and complaints in project management, and continuously improving service satisfaction; responsible for communicating with customers and solving problems in a timely manner;
Responsible for following up and implementing the acceptance work of government departments, and handing over elevators and materials to customers in a timely manner;
Accomplishing other tasks assigned by the competent leadership.
Job Qualifications:
Having at least 3 years’ experience in elevator installation and maintenance; having basic electromechanical, mechanical and fitter knowledge;
Having experience in elevator equipment and facilities management, and understanding elevator safety use, engineering management and maintenance management;
Able to judge elevator fault, evaluate equipment, and review maintenance and transformation plan and having deep understanding of elevator structure principle;
Having good health and clear thinking, able to work independently, and having a strong ability to work under pressure; having hard-working, diligent, studious and professional spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, great logical thinking ability and problem-solving ability. Having a strong sense of safety awareness and able to obey the company's work arrangement; good at initiative learning, and having good on-site communication skills, team management skills, good communication skills and service awareness.
Having strong leadership and good abilities in communication, organizing, coordination, analyzing, decision-making, influencing others, planning and execution, having great service awareness and able to independently accomplish tasks assigned by leaders.
Responsible for the elevator installation engineering.
