RESPONSIBILITIES Event Ownership : Manage Odoo Experience Africa in its entirety, ensuring smooth execution at every stage and with every party involved.
Vendor Management : Identify, evaluate and negotiate with providers (venue, catering, AV, logistics, etc.), always aiming for cost-effective and quality-oriented solutions.
Project Management : Build and follow the event timeline, budget and priorities while ensuring deadlines are met.
