The successful candidates will Provide comprehensive organizational support to Project Leaders, Principals, Partner, and Managing Director. The ideal candidate Must prior experience within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary communication liaison between clients, the consulting team, and senior leadership
Manage and maintain complex Outlook calendars, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Plan and schedule client and internal meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and preparation
Build and maintain strong working relationships with external clients and their executive assistants to streamline communication and scheduling.
Independently coordinate high-level travel arrangements
Maintain and update client contact information and relationship maps
Organize and manage electronic filing systems for efficient document storage and retrieval
Draft, review, and send correspondence, both as directed and independently
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email

Qualifications:
Relevant Bachelor's Degree
Approximately 4–5 years of experience in a similar executive assistant role, preferably within a professional services environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Professional demeanour with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with clients and colleagues at all levels
Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
Independent and structured approach to work, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Uncompromising integrity, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility
Excellent coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to adapt and improvise when needed
