What you will be doing:
Create and implement the ultimate culinary experience through food excellence in form of presentation and quality.
Monitoring and controlling the Food Cost to ensure all menus are costed and monthly targets are achieved while maintaining excellence in quality.
Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Culinary and Stewarding team
Ensuring compliance with food safety & hygiene standards.

Required relevant work experience
