Specific Duties are likely to be include
? Develop Strategy, tactics and recruitment plan for Doctors and clinics
? Engage hospitals/clinics by developing a relationship with key personals that encourage more
recruitments.
? Maximize the reach and recruitment opportunities
? Achieve assigned targets & Creating general leads to team members
? Identify, Qualify, Secure and develop new opportunities in these accounts
? Utilize appropriate senior management resources in pursuit of sales opportunities
? Maintain existing customer relationship
? Represent the company in a professional as well ethical manner
Key Experience and Skill s required
? 5+ years of experience in medical field – Medical representative preferred.
? Demonstration skill
? Understand how online business work
? Candidate should have the ability to quickly develop in-depth product knowledge to educate/present to
doctors/clinics
? Ability to develop long-lasting relation with doctors
? Develop the partner ecosystem to enable a stronger go-to-market approach to increase market
coverage
? A consultative sales approach for selling solutions
? Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
? Sales and quota-driven
? Technology and business savvy.
