The Factory Manager's responsibilities include scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, regularly monitoring performance of production staff, and ensuring that all production orders are completed in a timely manner. Will also be able to enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets.
• Initiative plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
• Ensure attainment of business objectives and production schedules while guaranteeing product standards that will exceed our customers" expectations.
• Establish group and individual accountabilities throughout the factory for problem solving and cost reduction, both on a permanent and ad-hoc basis, depending on need.
• Improve manpower & resource utilization within existing departments and processes
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
• Continually enforce health and safety compliance by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety concerns.
• Liaising with procurement and accounts departments for stock control and purchasing of materials.
• Screening, recruiting, and training new factory workers.
• Collaborating with sales departments to establish and execute quality control processes.
• Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
• Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
• Timely Preparation of production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
• Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
• Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas.
• Motivating factory workers to continually achieve production targets.
• Perform any other duties that will be assigned by the management from time to time.
