The applicant to this position shall:
Master's degree in Agriculture or its equivalent from a recognized University
Have at least three (3) years working experience at Grade 10 or comparable position.
Training in Project Management or its equivalent will be an added advantage.
Be Computer Literate.

OR
Possess Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or its equivalent from a recognized University
Have at least six (6) years working experience at Grade 10 OR comparable position.
Be Computer Literate
Successful applicants will serve on a three (3) year contract renewable once.
