Key Responsibilities
Financial Management:

Operational Efficiency:

Oversee supply chain management, inventory, and procurement activities.
Optimize resource allocation to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor finance and operations staff, ensuring high performance.
Facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.

Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial and operational strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field and CPA K qualification is a must (Master's Degree is an added advantage).
At least 10 years of experience in finance and operations management, with 5 years being on the management level.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Thorough understanding of financial regulations and operational best practices.
