This is a role that we need to fill as we are a young and growing organization. We have grown past the capacity of the current finance lead. This person will sit next to them in the central office and work hand in hand to assure that the company stays in good financial standing and the accountability of the business is maintained.
Given that we are growing company, there are plenty of opportunities to grow and increase your responsibilities over time. From time to time, your manager may ask you to work outside your core skills. You will need to be flexible to handle this type of role.
Maintaining and updating accounts payable and receivable.
Raising/ issuing of invoices and ETR to clients
Remittance of all statutory deductions such as NSSF, NHIF
Processing and payment of taxes; VAT and PAYE
Maintain, manage and update records of all inventories
Filing and maintenance of accounts record
Maintain, manage and record day-to-day transactions
Provide clerical support to the accountant or the operations team as they arise.
