DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Function
Collaborates with the Customer Service Executive and Sales & Marketing manager in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales and marketing goals for the company.
Manages the product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
Details of Function
1. Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations; executing action plans; implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; and implementing change.
2. Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs
3. Prepare and present to the new customers on the benefits of using Company App
4. Set up meeting with potential customers and listen to their concerns and wishes
5. Educate and train customers on the usage of Company App
6. Regularly visit current and new potential customers for sales activities
7. Planning and delivering monthly, weekly and daily sales targets and grow sales month by month as per the assigned targets.
8. Coordinating collection and remittance of sales proceeds/revenue within the approved terms of trade across all sales channels.
9. Managing daily route plans and customer calls by ensuring market coverage within the set out plan
10. Identifying opportunities and negotiating for incremental business and revenues.
11. Coordinating implementation of merchandising and promotional activities.
12. Collecting and collating market intelligence/research on competitor activities and other market trends for competitive advantage.
13. Delivering customer service through relationship management and ensuring that customer claims are settled in the shortest time possible.
14. Close sales on a consistent basis and in line with delivery terms
15. To identify and map out sales areas and conduct sales demos
16. Forecast sales accurately in line with the organization’s plan
REQUIREMENTS
• Basic skills in sales, marketing or related field
• Have at least 1 years’ experience in similar role
• Experience and familiarity within assigned region
