Your Work-Life Opportunity:In order to maximize value for our partner restaurants and our customers, our Food Innovation team is innovating around new food concepts and new kitchen operating frameworks. We are looking for an analytical and results-driven person to act as the Food Innovation Lead and be the owner of this vertical in Sub - Saharan Africa. You will be responsible to lead the implementation, growth, strategy, and P&L of our food innovation verticals.
Be A Part Of A Team Where You Will:
• Be the owner of the Food Innovation vertical P&L in Sub - Saharan Africa.
• Lead new project launchings within the Food Innovation team.
• Manage the food innovation team to assure operational excellence.
• Develop our virtual brands’ playbook, and implement it countrywide.
• Create a network of franchisees to fill content gaps across Sub - Saharan Africa.
• Develop our private labels offer, through importing them from other Countries and creating them from scratch locally.
• Coordinate & develop partnerships with important brands and merchants and loop their feedback into our sales strategy.
• Providing proactive, insightful, high-quality analysis to support decision making.
• Work with a cross-functional team both locally and global
