Freelance / Staff - Researchers / Writers

Responsibilities
Determine the goals of research projects as well as research methods and other test parameters
Undertake secondary research and produce rapid and comprehensive findings
Conduct primary research through interviews and polling
Review and analyse data
Writing technical and non-technical reports on economic trends and forecasts to inform the press and public
Work as part of PR and marketing teams to develop client proposals and implement research and communications activities
Research and write press releases presenting core aspects of research results
Develop strong relationship with client and provide research and writing to the in-house PR account managers
Research and write communications and marketing strategies
Requirements
Bachelors degree
Strong writing skills
Project management skills
A minimum of two years' experience in a similar position
Excellent written and spoken communication skills to convey complex ideas to people with varying levels of economic expertise
Graduate degree in economics will be added advantage
Qualitative data research skill
