Job Description
ü Passport Photo Required together with the application
ü Welcome walk in clients entering the organization
in a professional manner;
ü Deliver excellent customer service at all
times
ü Handling and Resolving Clients Complaints
ü Dealing with all enquiries in a professional
and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
ü Keep up to date with current promotions and
Product pricing, to provide information to clients on request, while maximizing
sales opportunities
ü Fulfill all reasonable requests from clients
and ensure their satisfaction
ü Provide daily and Monthly reports as required
ü Carry out instructions given by the management
team and head office
ü Coordinate with various departments and
customers and resolve any technical and operation issues.
ü Communicate and coordinate with internal
departments on customer support
ü Manage customer enquiries for all products and
services and ensure timely resolution for same.
ü Ensure all clients enquiries are responded to
within the shortest time possible and later do a follow up
ü Assist the company in sales execution
ü Tender Preparation
ü Preparing and sending clients quotations,
Proposals and Reports
ü Look into the day to day correspondence of the
mails required for official purposes
ü To provide administrative support and
assistance when required.
ü Maintain office filing and storage systems
ü Update and maintain databases such as mailing
lists, contact lists and client information
ü Retrieve information when requested
ü Prepare and modify documents including
correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
ü Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare
schedules
