Ensuring availability and control
of office stationary and other office consumables in accordance with the

Handling office mails; receiving
and dispatching mails
Shipping logistics tracking for
the company imports and exports both local and overseas
Stores material requisitions,
delivery notes handling
Company fleet management /
allocation of cars
Generating purchase orders as
assigned by procurement team
Scheduling of meetings and
meeting slots for the available meeting rooms
Day to day management of office
operations and any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to
time by the management
Contributes to
team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Keep office
records in check and updates them regularly
Supervise
cleaning personnel and cleanliness of office space
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous
working experience as Office Administrator / Front Office Receptionist
Minimum 1 year
Degree or Diploma in Business
Administration or Social Sciences or Similar Relevant Field
Personal Attributes:-
Outstanding
Communication and Inter-personal Skills, Excellent organizational and
time-management skills (Good office etiquette) with exceptional attention to
details
In-depth
knowledge of Office Management and Administration, Effective Communicator both
Oral and Written
Hands-on
experience and Proficiency in Computer Packages e.g. Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms
