Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Application Development both in Front and Backend
Android, IOS and web-based applications development
Application development using modern frameworks based on customer and internal requirements
Interface directly with clients and business sponsors to enable quality delivery of software solutions
Achieve an expert level understanding of our products
Delivery of one or more products in a way that maintains an unyielding focus on quality while matching the needs of the target customer base
Create algorithms and designs for solutions that scale to the customer's enterprise/global requirements
Key Requirements
Programming languages such as C#, Java, Objective-C, Java EE, Java ME, JavaScript, JSON, Objective-C, .NET and HTML, PHP, Word Press
Ability to do App coding, testing, debugging, documenting and monitoring
They are required to have at least some good previous experience building mobile applications and mobile websites for Android, IOS, Symbian, Windows Mobile or Windows Phone
Strong organizational skills with a strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Mathematical aptitude
API and Web hooks integrations to third-party systems
API understanding with experience on integration with MPESA and other payment systems
Drive to keep up to date with developments and trends in the tech and modern media world
The ability to learn quickly
Familiarity with Agile and scram development methodologies
Experience with databases and object-relational mapping (ORM) frameworks
Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
The ability to interpret and follow technical plans
Problem-solving skills
Create Software requirement specifications documents for reference and reporting
Strong communication skill
