CHAJI is a full stack charging and energy solutions company focused on the African market, specializing in infrastructure and management systems tailored for the African electric mobility ecosystem, and operating across designing, assembling, installing, and maintaining bespoke charging solutions.The RoleYou will be responsible for : Develop and maintain a robust back-end server for our mobile and web applications.Integrate mobile applications with existing systems, ensuring efficient data flow between the app (Android/iOS) and back-end services.Build high-performance native or cross-platform apps using frameworks such as Flutter and React Native to deliver a smooth and seamless user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align app functionality with user needs and business goals.Continuously iterate and improve the app based on feedback, new requirements, and evolving technologies.Ideal ProfileBackground in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.2+ years of experience in mobile application and back-end development.Strong experience with native app development (java/kotlin) and/or cross-platform tools (react-native/flutter)Proficiency in API integration and server-side programming.Familiarity with deployment environments i.e.
