We are looking to recruit a general manager to manage all our operations for a new factory in Kikambala on the outskirts of Mombasa. The candidate will be responsible for overall operations of the company. This includes
Dispatch of goods to customers and ensuring correct loading of goods.
Ensuring all payments from clients are received on time.
Ensuring sufficient raw materials are procured in time for production.
Maintaining accurate inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
The candidate would have experience in managing a team of people and ensuring that every department is doing their work correctly. The candidate would also have several years of experience in a similar environment.
