Head Of Collections And Recoveries At Mwananchi Credit Ltd

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead collections strategy and reduce non-performing loans
Monitor delinquency reports and initiate recovery actions
Oversee field recovery officers
Coordinate with legal for recovery through courts if needed

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Finance, Business or related field
5+ years in debt recovery or collections
Knowledge of credit risk and collection regulations
