A Multinational Security Company is seeking to on board a highly skilled Head of Finance based in Nairobi, Kenya. The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all the financial aspects of the business and driving the company's financial strategy and planning. The successful candidate will take charge of managing the company's accounts team, orchestrating the production of monthly management accounts, and spearheading various financial initiatives across the organisation.Responsibilities of the Head of Finance for a Multinational Security Company based in Nairobi, Kenya:Prepare a monthly Board Packs incorporating key KPIsCoordinate with external auditors during financial year endsManage the migration from Sage 100 to SAP4Hana for preparation of year-end reportsLiaise with external authorities, particularly on tax matters, and oversee insurance renewals and claimsSupervise credit control and implement effective control systems in cash-handling processesSkills and qualification for the Head of Finance Role based in Nairobi, Kenya:Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.Qualified CA(SA)/ACCA or a qualified management accountant with a strong track of record in finance leadership rolesExperience in financial management, reporting, strategic planning.Experience operating with SAP4Hana is essentialKnowledgeable with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)Desired Skills and ExperienceFinancial Strategy and PlanningCollaborating with external auditorsSAP4HanaInternational Reporting Standards (IFRS)Financial ManagementCA(SA)/ACCA qualification
