Covenant executive client is currently urgently hiring for the above-mentioned position. The ideal candidate should have vast experience of more than 5 years in serviced apartment industry.

Responsibilities

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Marketing/ Real Estate/related course. Customer service an added advantage.

Self-motivated.

Ability to maintain occupancy at 90%.

Good operational skills.

Positive attitude.

Minimum 7 years’ experience in hospitality industry of which 5 must be in serviced apartments.

Required relevant work experience
: 5 years

Required languages:
