Job Description/Requirements

Duties:

• Act as a leader to manage and coordinate complex customer/vendor requests.

• Manage and nurture the relationship with the vendors – including all vendor reporting, rebates management and marketing
activities

• Achieving growth and managing business targets by closely managing the product managers

• Designing and implementing a department-focused strategic business plan for that expands company’s customer base and
ensure its strong presence

• Ensuring up-to-date market intelligence and product knowledge about the specific products and specific markets in which
the company operates

• Set individual sales targets with product managers and the sales team and delegate responsibility for customer accounts
to sales personnel

• Oversee the activities and performance of the business team and ensuring the team have the necessary resources to
perform properly

• Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives

• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching & performance monitoring of executives.

• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue and profitability

• Conduct in-person strategy sessions that include customer executives, Red Dot Distribution executives and colleagues.

• Produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis.

• Maintain inventory control and schedule stock intake, and managing working capital requirements

• Plan and direct business team training.

• Provide feedback, support and coaching to the business development team.

• Act as a leader to manage and coordinate complex customer/vendor requests.

Requirements:
• 15+ years of B2B technology sales experience.
• Proven experience with strategic sales engagement including formal sales presentation.
• Practical experience with face-to-face sales engagements and event/conference networking.
• Demonstrated program/project management skills; documenting
• Ability to travel up to 30%+ of the time.
