Hotel Resident Manager

Enabling the use of the Residence as a venue for appropriate embassy activities and events
• Enabling the use of the Residence as a venue for appropriate embassy activities and events;
• Oversight of maintenance, health and safety issues, security procedures and works;
• Organizing high standard functions and events at the Residence;
• Providing excellent hospitality to house guests;
• Managing the Residence team effectively to deliver
• Co-ordinates and supervises the implementation of GM's orders and decisions.
• Assist the GM in formulating and developing strategies and policies.
• Monitors and controls, on and on -ongoing basis, costs to ensure performance against budget.
• Maintains standards to ensure furnishings, facilities and equipment are clean, in good repair and maintained.
• Maximum utilization of all company resources - including stocks and working hours.
• Minimizes expenses and says no to wastage of company resources.
• Gathers data for the preparation of the hotel's strategic plan, marketing plan and goals program.
• Demonstrates loyalty to the organizations by promoting its objectives and interests through team work and collective responsibilities.
• Oversees Front office operations.
• Oversees Housekeeping & room division operations.
• Oversees Reservations / Guest relations operations.
• Oversees Safety & Security operations.
• Oversees all Staff transport matters of Staff and company vehicles maintenance.
