Position Overview:
The Household Manager will be the central figure in ensuring the smooth functioning of our home, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and care. This role involves managing the two existing house staff, planning meals, assisting with the children's education and activities, and ensuring that every aspect of the home runs seamlessly. We are seeking a professional individual who remains focused on their responsibilities and refrains from engaging in staff politics or gossip.

Requirements:
Mature, reliable, and professional individual with a strong sense of responsibility and leadership.
Previous experience as a Household Manager, Matron, or similar role is highly desirable.
Educated to a level sufficient to assist children with their homework and educational needs.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and able to take initiative, with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in using smartphones, apps, and basic technology for meal planning and scheduling.
Cooking skills and experience in planning and preparing meals.
A valid driving license is a significant advantage.
Ability to live on-site full-time with private accommodation provided.
