Key Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee records in physical and digital formats.
Support HRIS updates, leave management, and documentation.
Assist in preparing job adverts, shortlisting candidates, and onboarding.
Act as first point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies and benefits.
Help organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Support performance management cycles by collecting and tracking appraisals.
Prepare and verify attendance, overtime, and leave data for payroll processing.
Maintain training records and assist in identifying training needs.
Ensure adherence to HR policies and Kenyan labor laws.
Compile HR reports on recruitment, turnover, leave, and training.
Maintain confidentiality of employee data.
Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Officer.

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma in Human Resource Management
1–2 years of experience in HR operations or administrative support
Basic knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR practices
Experience with HRIS is an advantage
