Ilara Health makes common diagnostics accessible and affordable to the 500 million people in Africa who today struggle to access even basic blood tests.We partner with companies using robotics and AI to lower the cost of diagnostics, integrate their devices into our tech platform, and sell this bundle to doctors with financing.

We are currently looking to hire for a
Human Capital Associate. Y
ou will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement and management,record keeping,payroll and managing internal communication.

Responsibilities

Conduct recruitment for various positions and ensure there’s an effective recruitment process in coordination with managers.
Manage employee information on the Human Resource Information System.

On boarding- Ensure a smooth on boarding process for new hires into the company.

Creating contracts for new hires, amending contracts if need be and keep records of the signed contracts.

Ensure effective, accurate and timely payroll administration.

Manage internal communication-Identify the key company WhatsApp groups required and ensure that key staff employees are part of them.

Ensure organisational initiatives, projects and key information are effectively communicated to employees

Train hiring managers on using/navigating the HRIS for an efficient Internal Performance Management

SkillsBe obsessed with people management

Good time management to prioritize work accordingly.

Have effective communication

Ability to work under minimal supervision

Ability to keep confidential information

Job Requirements

Fast learner

At least one year experience in the field

Understand Employee relations
Job Requirements
Required education
: Bachelor's degree

Required relevant work experience
: 12 months

Required languages:
English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
