Human Resource Manager

Requirements:
University degree in human resource management or other related field. Diploma in human resource management or other related professional trainings. Human resource manager reports to the group human resource manager.Experience:
At least 5 years working experience as a senior human resource officer or human resource manager in an organization with many staff members.

Responsibilities

He/she will perform all functions of human resource and administration. One will also be expected to handle all matters of training including identification of training needs, analysing staff training needs and co-ordinating training programs including following for reimbursement from nita.
