JOB BRIEF
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Finance Manager, be responsible for the setup and implementation of all HR processes and functions. This is an entry position with the opportunity to grow within the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of all Human Resource administration.
- Liaising with agencies, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and interviewing.
- Conduct candidate due to diligence and background checks with references
- Induction of new staff by issuing offer letters, job descriptions and manage contract review
- and renewal
- Managing & processing of staff provident schemes and medical insurance.
- Manage all HR statutory payments and ensure compliance
- Provide leadership in performance management, employee development, talent management and building a work environment that drives high performance and employee satisfaction.
- Manage employee/staff affairs and relations - staff discipline, grievances, and conflicts.
- Arranging and follow up on staff training and development.
- Promotion of employee welfare, health, and safety in the organization.
- Any other responsibility assigned by management.
Qualifications
• Minimum Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Proven experience as a HR Management for a minimum of 3 years
• Proficiency in word, excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledgeable with the Employment Act 2007
• Good organizational, communication, customer service and marketing skills
• Attention to details and willing to assist with marketing of company products
• Mature, self-driven and able to work under minimum supervision
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to provide HR Advisory to management.
