Key Responsibilities

Ensure Implementation of the Institute Human Resource Management Policy
Ensure Institute’s compliance with relevant statutory obligations
Advise the Board on Human Resource Management issues
Management of employees records and payroll
Advise on issues of employee’s welfare

Person specification
Holder of a Diploma in Human Resource Management
Registered with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)
A Degree in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage
Proficiency in Computer applications
Strong human relations and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively, prepare and present reports
