Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR management systems.
Handle staff welfare, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
Oversee compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and procedures.
Coordinate employee performance appraisal systems and training programs.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in collaboration with the finance team.
Support workforce planning and development initiatives.
Provide advice and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters.
Implement and monitor employee health and safety protocols.
Coordinate employee benefits programs and respond to related inquiries.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Major, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience. Hospital or healthcare industry experience is an added advantage.
Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
Membership with IHRM or a relevant professional body is preferred.
