Job Summary
The Candidate will Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests while following the relevant approval matrix, Maintain hard copy and electronic records of employees, Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts issuing offer letters, employment contracts, and job descriptions among other responsibilities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
IHRM membership.
At least 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant in the FMCG sector.
