We are seeking for an individual with solid HR technical andinterpersonal skills, a team player, diligent, highly motivated, able to work in a high pressure, tight deadline environment requiring multi-tasking.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field. Master’s degree will be added advantage
Relevant professional qualification
Must be a member of IHRM with a valid HR Practicing Certificate
5 years of experience as HR Manager a busy environment
Ability to maintain poise and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to relate with people at all levels
Working knowledge of HRMIS and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Providing strategic leadership and direction in the management of HR
Ensuring effective HR back office operations ensuring compliance to labour laws
Manage staff compensation and benefits
Maintaining effective systems for effective management of HR data and analysis for decision making
Implementing a robust performance management system that drive, monitor and measure performance.
Manage learning and development activities to promote productivity and talent development.
Embrace HR best practice initiatives that promotes employee engagement including “staff Open House meeting”, satisfaction and engagement surveys etc.
Handle staff complaints, and disciplinary procedures and support management in maintenance of discipline and work ethics.
Coach managers and employees to resolve complex employee relations issues, improve productivity and morale.
Ensure HR unit is a safe space for all staff HR staff provides excellent customer experience.
Effectively manage all the employee life cycle transactions
