Human Resources Manager

Duties:
1?Improve the company's various administrative management systems;
2?Responsible for employee recruitment, training organization, performance evaluation, promotion management, etc;
3?Handle some public affairs on behalf of the company;
4?Assist CEO to complete company's corporate culture construction
5?Maintain good cooperative relations with external related institutions;
6? attendance, salary and bonus accounting;
7?Other duties assigned by the CEO
Proficient in Kenyan labor laws, good at dealing with employees and government agencies, and can well balance the interests of the company and employ;
