Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management
Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Management with a concentration in HR
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in one of the following:Human resources
Organizational behavior
Management and leadership
Industrial relations
Any of the above with 10 years experience
Master Degree would be a plus

Job Description: Human Resource Manager
The Human Resources Manager assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties. The position will provide support including, but not limited to, the following areas: recruitment, benefits, employee programs, payroll and training and development. Therefore, the essential job responsibilities include:
Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
These responsibilities involve achieving the following tasks:
Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing, and placing job ads - manage the recruitment and selection process
Creating and revising job descriptions
Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s evaluation program
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program
Conducting salary surveys, developing and updating the company’s salary budget
Performing benefits administration
Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
Overseeing exit interviews
Maintaining department records and reports
Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics - monthly reports to management.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
