Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the team to carry out installation and design planning of network, weak current security system, boundary system, home alarm system, CCTV system, visual intercom, entrance guard system, car parking management system, integrated wiring, entry/exit gate, background music, internal telephone, cable television system, intelligent system integration and other information-based engineering;
Responsible for daily maintenance, planned overhaul and maintenance of weak current system equipment and ensuring normal operation of equipment;
Responsible for leading the team to accomplish the construction and implementation of weak current projects, installation and debugging of weak current equipment, completing tasks as required, and executing the construction and maintenance tasks of weak current projects;
Judging fault in a timely manner based on feedback of from on-site personnel, accomplishing a quick arrival at the site and keeping a good record of relevant information;
Carrying out technological communication on site and handling the installation-related coordination and cooperation;
Participating in project acceptance and ensuring that the project passes customer acceptance smoothly;
Submitting work reports on time and cooperating with project manager to complete project implementation, document preparation, project acceptance and settlement;
Responsible for the management and supervision of the construction progress, quality and safety of each project, and ensuring the timely and high-quality project delivery;
Responsible for organizing the internal and external project acceptance and implementing the rectification of unqualified problems;
Strengthening communication with Party A, supervisor and other relevant parties and maintaining customer relations;
Responsible for the cost control of the project, developing and implementing money collection plan, and controlling all kinds of expenses in a reasonable way;
Submitting and transmitting all kinds of information as required by the company, and maintaining smooth communication among employees;
Realizing rational use of materials, doing well in warehouse management, avoiding waste and saving costs;
Job Qualifications:
Familiar with all kinds of weak current materials, all kinds of equipment in security system and construction process; able to read design plans and drawings;
Having professional knowledge of information communication and weak current security engineering; familiar with weak current security and network system integration products;
Familiar with wiring and equipment installation of network, weak current security system, boundary system, home alarm system, CCTV system, visual intercom, entrance guard system, car parking management system, integrated wiring, entry/exit gate, background music, internal telephone, cable television system, intelligent system integration and other information-based engineering; preference being given to those with such experience;
Able to analyze and solve problems and having strong work planning and strategic forward-looking thinking;
Proficient in computer operation and Office software;
Having bachelor degree or above in electronics, computer science or related field;
Decent, able to bear hardships, submitting to assignment, and having a strong sense of responsibility and a good team spirit; having a strong career ambition and certain leadership skills;
Having a high sense of discipline and responsibility, great execution ability, language expression ability, learning ability and good team spirit;
Having good abilities in interpersonal communication, a strong sense of responsibility, rigorous working spirit, high work enthusiasm and initiative.
