PERSON PROFILE
i. Bachelor’s degree in ICT or equivalent

ii. Professional ICT Certification by M

iii. Minimum 5 (five) years’ relevant work experience with a public utility or

iv. Proficiency in computer applications

v. Experience working with utility management systems including billing system, finance management and accounting systems, GIS, bulk SMS systems,

vi. Must satisfy the requirements of chapter six of the constitution of Kenya on Leadership and integrity through provision of;-

(i) Current certificate of good conduct from Directorate of Criminal In

(ii) Current Tax compliance certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority.

(iii) A clean and current report from an approved credit reference Bureau (CRB).

(iv) Clearance from the Ethics and Anti

Responsibilities

i. Formulate the implementation of solutions to the Network and Hardware infrastructure requirements based on the business needs

ii. Provide expert advice across a range of information technology areas including, Telecommunications, Systems and related applications

iii. Provide strategic evaluation for Network and Hardware selection to support EWASCO

requirements and supervise the technical execution of those solutions

iv. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with EWASCO’s policies and applicable laws

v. Direct IT Section budget planning

vi. Provide leadership in designing IT risk mitigation solutions

vii. Conduct, review, recommend and implement security requirements for applications, file systems, operating systems, networked resources, networked communicatio
